Learn More About What We Do What Are We Looking For? GoBankingRates is looking for a Human Resources Intern for our 2023 GoInterns Program! We are looking for someone who has a talent for finding creative solutions to business challenges, stellar organization skills and a passion for people development! This is a minimum 12-week internship beginning in January 2023 that will provide hands-on experience working on challenging real-world problems that will help build your expertise and resume! How Will You Make an Impact? * Assist in onboarding initiatives * Learn various HR tools and best HR practices * Assist with culture, engagement and diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. * Collaborate with a passionate and dedicated group of Human Resource professionals on our People Initiatives! What We're Looking For * Currently pursuing or recently obtained a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Organizational Development, Communication or other related fields. * General Interest in Digital Media/ Online Advertising * Any prior experience in HR or Administrative roles is a plus * Strong attention to detail and highly organized * Strong communication, project management, and critical thinking skills * Must be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week Monday-Friday between 9:00AM - 6:00PM EST for the duration of the 12-week program What We Offer: * Mentorship Program * Paid Internship!
