Job Description

Customer Service Representative

We are a well-known consumer products company. We seek a customer service candidate to interact with customers and consumers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve concerns. This position will service the customers to maintain and control the company’s wholesale and retail accounts while working closely with the sales managers and the sales representatives. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Receive, process, and maintain all orders (including EDI, phone, fax, and mail)

Handle all consumer inquiries, complaints, and request through email and phone

Communicate daily with sales managers regarding any issues with their accounts

Work to resolve any item/backorder issues (shipping or tracking numbers)

Work with associates to track and maintain orders

Process EDI orders

Contribute and follow up with new customer set-up and on-boarding process

 

We seek 3-5 years of EDI customer service experience in consumer products
