Law Office Receptionist - Bilingual Spanish

We are seeking an experienced Law Office Receptionist to become a part of our team! The Receptionist position requires an individual who is able to pay very close attention to details and be highly organized to manage our front desk on a daily basis and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience handling multi-line telephone systems.
• Pleasant personality.
• Polished professional and well-spoken (Bilingual English / Spanish).
• Must have skills in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, travel arrangements, drafting correspondence, as well as research skills.
• ​Strong attention to detail, grammar, and punctuation, and communication skills to interact with staff and clients (must have the ability to articulate thoughts effectively.
• Proven job diligence, dedication, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a multi-line phone system by answering, screening and forwarding incoming phone calls.
• Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
• Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
• Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone/email.
• Update calendars and schedule meetings.
• Manage conference rooms, staff lounge and public/shared spaces of the firm.
• Maintain a neat and tidy front reception area, replacing magazines as received, clearing up any clutter on an ongoing basis, and maintaining a professional, comfortable general office atmosphere.
• Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, entering invoices and faxing.
