Digital Media Assistant

Consumer Attorney Marketing Group (CAMG), a Woodland Hills based advertising agency that combines media buying expertise, industry experience and intensive analytics to deliver the most effective digital, TV & radio campaigns, is currently accepting applications for a Digital Media Assistant in our Media Buying Department. This position will serve as a member of an expanding organization with plenty of room for advancement and growth.

Summary/Objective

The Digital Media Assistant is responsible for supporting one or more Digital Buyers who negotiate for placement of our client’s advertising spots and manage self-serve buying platforms for the purpose of best leveraging our client’s advertising dollars. This person must be a detail oriented professional with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the Company. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of digital/paid social media experience.

The Digital Media Assistant is an integral part of the digital media team assisting in all aspects of our client’s campaign.

Essential Job Functions

  • Set up and traffic digital creative as instructed by digital media buyers
  • Test and Q/A all creative trafficked within DCM (DoubleClick Campaign Manager)
  • Pull and format weekly campaign performance reports to support internal analysis and weekly client reporting
  • Assist the Media Planners and Media Buyers as needed
  • Perform other related duties as required or assigned
  • Effectively manage timelines to meet traffic deadlines
  • Assist direct response media team
  • Send and confirm media buys with media stations
  • Serve as a liaison between media buyers and stations as needed
  • As needed, assist with coordination of station pre-payment for media buys
  • Compile spot times for specific clients as needed

Requirements

  • Intermediate to expert level Microsoft Excel skills
  • Impeccable Organizational skills
  • Demonstrated attention to detail
  • Proficient with all Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written communication
  • Must be a team player with a positive attitude
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines seamlessly
