Reporting to our VP of Sales, the successful candidate will play a key internal role in closing sales and helping to manage existing customers.

Looking for someone to work directly with the leadership team to lead sales opportunities. As one of the primary points of contact with our customers, this is a roll-up the sleeves, get it done roll that will require strong interpersonal and project management skills and will expand as we grow.

The position will entail the following:
Manage sales funnel of potential projects, communicating with customers and internal field service team
Oversee preparation and execution of job contracts to ensure customer satisfaction and maintenance of future sales opportunity
Complete project estimating to project feasibility of opportunities
Develop marketing strategies to strategically expand our customer base through email, telephone or other creative solutions
Mange sales opportunity pipeline to identify new customers, segments
Represent and promote our brand through regular contact with key customers
Facilitate information flow between field sales and internal office staff to ensure smooth operations across the organization
Minimum of five years’ experience in construction, electrical, HVAC or related trade in a sale or project management role
BS or BA in STEM, business, or marketing preferred, high school diploma acceptable with a high degree or progressive work responsibility.
Demonstrated track record of sales and project success
Proficiency with MS Office
Must have the drive to grow personally & professionally while being a team player
Interest in and passion for empowering employee ownership in small business
