Job Description
Salary: DOE

Job Summary:

The Executive Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office.


Maintain a high level of discretion working with the owner and for the company

Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and friendly manner

Maintain electronic/digital filing system

Receive, sort, distribute, copy, file and scan documents

Organize and schedule meetings, events, and appointments

Order and maintain office supply and inventory

Assist proposal team in researching data and information for bids and contracts

Generate and update productivity and activity reports

Prepare outgoing mail

Create documents and content using Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

Maintain office equipment, resolve issues, and handle maintenance and repairs

Handle petty cash and transactions

Provide support and backup to other departments as needed

Other Responsibilities

Post pertinent organization information to social media accounts

Appropriately respond or forward inquiries from social media sites

Understand storyboards

Other duties as assigned

Outreach assisting with flyers and set up for orientation

Required Skills/Abilities

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Excellent interpersonal skills

Excellent organizational and planning skills

Excellent time management skills, ability to multi-task, prioritize work and be able to meet deadlines

Able to be a self-starter and take initiative to get tasks completed

Proficient in MS Office- Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint

Reporting Skills

Writing Skills

Managing Processes

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent; 2 years college preferred

At least two years of experience working in an office environment preferably as an administrative assistant or administrative specialist required
