What you’d be doing

· Exhibiting our service standards to consistently provide our members with an outstanding banking experience in-person, by phone, and through email.

· Responding to member requests, problems, and complaints directly or in collaboration with team members from other departments and branches.

· Identifying member needs to cross-sell appropriate products and services that help them save time and money.

· Performing monetary and non-monetary teller transactions for members efficiently and accurately, including deposits, payments, and withdrawals.

· Providing assistance with other operational activities like new account processing, wire facilitation, ATM settlement, IRA and Visa/Debit card processing, and more.

· Following internal policies and procedures to mitigate risk, promote security, and be in compliance with all applicable banking regulations.

· Other duties as assigned by management.

Desired Qualifications

· Minimum of 6 months working in a fast-paced, in-person customer service role.

· Superior customer service, task management, and problem resolution skills.

· Excellent email, phone, and PC skills, working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, and ability

· Experience in cash handling and/or balancing a cash drawer is a plus.

Physical Requirements

· Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands, and/or fingers.

· Ability to use a keypad and keyboard and mouse for extended periods of time.

· Vision and hearing to normal range (or corrected).

· Adjusting, lifting, carrying, or pushing/pulling objects up to 25 pounds in all directions.

· Remaining in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods.

· Moving about to accomplish tasks or moving from one work site to another.

· Occasional shift rotation (may require earlier or later hours) and travel to other branch locations.

Other Requirements

We hold all our employees to high standards by performing credit and criminal background checks.

Reliable transportation. Employees must be able to infrequently travel between branches.

Ability to follow all credit union policies and procedures as well as all banking regulations and federal, state, and local laws.

Hours of Operation

Monday - Friday 9 AM - 5 PM
