Supervise and coordinate usage of training facilities.
Register students, track their progress, proctor examinations, prepare class completion rosters, administer training evaluations, maintain student files, and conduct After Action Reviews.
Direct students on workstation operations, use of system software and military courseware.
Provide and conducted system analysis and preparation of equipment and software to include security updates.
Assist the Help Desk in TCP/IP and DNS configuration, perform network troubleshooting through GUI and command-line tools, cable tracing, PC and server component replacement (motherboards, hard disk drives, PCI cards, etc.). Reimage workstations, install and configure software/upgrades.
Manage user logon accounts, and provision logon tokens such as Common Access Cards (CAC’s).
Perform router and switch reconfigurations via Telnet and console interfaces under direction from Help Desk and CTNOSC.
Responsible for all inventory, which will require the complete of monthly inventory checklist.
Complete end of day checklist, and submit the checklist to the program manager monthly.
Market to local military units. This requires reaching out to local military units by making phone calls and passing out flyers. Monthly marketing reports are required to be reported monthly to the program manager.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Must be reliable, self-starter, and have intuitive.
Ability to troubleshoot.
Familiar with computers.
Physical Requirement: Work may involve sitting for extended periods. May require lifting and carrying up to 25 lbs. Must have sufficient mobility to enter areas of manufacturing and military sites or facilities where necessary.
Work Environment: Generally, an office, but can include remote teleworking from home
Equipment and Machines: Standard office equipment (PC, telephone, fax, etc.), and/or other industry-specific equipment.
Attendance: Regular attendance in accordance with established work schedule. Ability to work outside normal schedule and adjust schedule to meet peak periods and surge requirements, when required.
Other Essential Functions: Must be able to work in a team atmosphere. Must put forward a behavior that enhances productivity and promotes teamwork and cooperation. Grooming and dress must be appropriate for the position and must not impose a safety risk/hazard to the employee or others. Must be able to travel when necessary to accommodate company customer and program requirements.
