Customer Service Representative-PERM

HOURS: 10:30-7PM to start, will change to typical business hours in the future.

  • 60-70 Outbound/Inbound calls from customers

  • Respond to ~22 emails daily mainly from customers inquiries and customer orders (heaviest Mon-Wed)

  • Work with customers on any shipment issues, expected ship date, late shipments, returned shipments

  • Assist with private label orders out of Pennsylvania

  • Following up with different customers, could range from 24-64 different customers, processing credits, some orders ~$26k

  • Some customer service ambassadors are assigned field reps to work with

Candidate Profile | Setting the Expectation:

  • Someone who is energetic, personable, has a great phone presence

  • Someone who has worked with difficult customer calls requiring multiple steps with follow up, not just customer inquiries and not just customer orders

  • Ideal candidate is someone who wants to do customer service
