Our team is growing, and we are seeking an enthusiastic, tenacious full-time customer service professional to join us. Hard working, problem-solving, and positive attitude is required. This is a Temp to Hire position, requires 40 Hours per week. Monday-Friday
Primary Responsibilities include:
Answering incoming calls, voicemails, chats and emails.
Advise on company and product information and maintain company customer service standards.
Processing product returns and exchanges.
Administrative support for Sales Representatives and Fulfillment Specialist.
Complete assigned projects and tasks.
Education and Experience:
High School Diploma Required
Preferred but not mandatory: Bachelor's Degree or some college.
3-5 years of customer service and/or administrative experience.
Preferred: Knowledge in Cannabis/Hemp/CBD would be an asset.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
Reliable transportation and good attendance is required!
The ability to multitask with a strong attention to detail.
The ability to work independently and function as part of a team.
Willing to be flexible and help where there is a need
Customer focused with a warm and engaging personality that conveys well in person and over the phone.
Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
Must have intermediate level skills with Microsoft Word and Excel.
Comfortable with fast pace of a growing business and fearless about adapting to new tools, applications and procedures.
Independent and driven to take initiative in order to complete tasks and solve problems.
