Our client is updating over 13K in devices from WIN7 to WIN10 and has multiple openings!
This is long term contract until at least December and there is a chance that it will go perm.
M-F, 8-5 type of hours…
Service Desk Techs are both Helpdesk and Desktop support:
- Will provide phone support to end users – handling level I and II calls
- Attempting to resolve end user issues on the first call
- Escalating issues to other resolver groups as necessary
- Logging, tracking and reporting all call activity into their ticketing system
