Connecting Point in Amery has an immediate opening for an IT Support Technician.
The successful candidate will have experience working in and with consumer and business class computer and network environments. The candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, desktops, notebooks & servers. Experience detecting and removing viruses, malware, replacing hardware and data recovery is a must.
Requirements include the ability to multi-task, provide on-site and in-house support.
Must be an excellent problem solver with strong analytical skill and great customer service skills.
Must be organized and have the ability to work as a team or independently.
