Administrative Assistant

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.
Responsibilities:
1. Answer and direct phone calls
2. Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
3. Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
4. Must be able to take dictation
5. Develop and maintain a filing system
6. Update and maintain office policies and procedures
7. Maintain contact lists
8. Provide general support to visitors
9. Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
10. Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers
Qualifications:
1. High School diploma or GED equivalent
2. High level of typing skills
3. Proven experience as an administrative assistant, virtual assistant or office admin assistant
4. Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
5. Working knowledge of office equipment (such as printers and fax machines)
6. Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
7. Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
8. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
9. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
10. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
11. Must be able to lift and carry at least 25 lbs
