Office Manager

Ct Addiction Medicine is a private practice treating all forms of substance abuse and the associated behavioral health problems. We are looking to hire an Office Manager for our Bridgeport office.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage records and information
  • Plan and maintain work facilities
  • Provide administrative assistance to management team
  • Develop new referral sources. Develop and maintain relationships with referring providers, organizations and treatment programs
  • Perform other office tasks (replenish office supplies, distribute mail, custodial duties, etc.)
  • Oversee hiring and training of new staff
  • Work collaboratively with Practice Manager and Clinical Manager on projects
  • Provide basic IT trouble shooting

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working in a healthcare facility, preferably in a behavioral health setting
  • Experience with electronic health record system is required
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Strong leadership qualities
