YOUR LIFE AS A FRONT DESK - PATIENT SERVICES COORDINATOR
This full-time entry-level position typically works Monday - Thursday and enjoys three-day weekends! With an hour-long lunch break, scheduled work hours are the following: Monday from 8:00 am - 1:30 pm and 2:30 pm - 7:00 pm, Tuesday from 1:00 pm - 7:00 pm, Wednesday from 9:00 am - 1:00 pm and 2:30 pm - 6:00 pm, and Thursday from 8:00 am - 12:30 pm and 2:30 pm - 7:00 pm.
When a patient comes in for care, you perform initial assessments and consultations to determine their current health status. You tactfully discuss billing and finance options with our patients and help them determine the best course of action regarding their payments. Additionally, you perform various in-office tasks to keep our practice organized and running smoothly. You love interacting with a wide variety of people and take pride in helping them improve their health and well-being!
