Reports To: Senior Analyst and Director of Employee Experience
Employment Status: Hourly, Non-exempt, Length of Internship is 10 weeks, 40 hours/week
Primary Location: Boulder, CO
Compensation: $18.00/hour

Job Summary:
The PS Intern will support two dynamic and energetic PS teams, operations, and employee experience. You will be able to focus on a multitude of Human Resources (HR) domains including Learning and Development, Recognition, Onboarding, and Operations.

Job Responsibilities (Including, but not limited to):
  • Assist in reporting for various programs
  • Audit current content and search for new content for various programs
  • Monitor the High Five recognition platform
  • Respond to inquiries received in company information inbox (forward/escalate as needed)
  • Assist with weekly system data audits and fix the errors as per audit findings
  • Prepare data weekly for company Org chart uploads
  • Assist with other People Reporting as needed
  • Provide local office support as needed
  • Audit program documentation to ensure accuracy
  • Execute special projects for the People Services team

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Working towards a bachelor’s degree with an interest in Human Resources (HR)
  • Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills
  • Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas
  • Ability to maintain confidential information
  • GRIT values – guts, reliability, innovation, and teamwork

  • Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Excel (pivot tables, charts, VLOOKUPS)
  • MS Office & related products (Word, PPT, SharePoint, OneDrive, MS Teams)
  • Video conferencing tools (MS Teams, Zoom, or similar)
