Minimum Qualifications:

• A Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration/Management, Finance, Engineering, Supply Chain, MIS, Mathematics, Operations, or related discipline and 2 years of experience in operations analysis, program management or project management.

• In the alternative, Siemens will accept a Bachelor degree or foreign equivalent in Business
• Administration/Management, Finance, Engineering, Supply Chain, MIS, Mathematics, Operations, or related discipline and 5 progressively responsible post-baccalaureate years of experience in operations analysis, program management or project management.

Experience must include:

• 5+ years of experience in Project Management
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain/transportation operations, direct-to customer
• fulfillment/distribution center/operations, general management, or engineering operations.
• Experience with hands-on SCM projects with different industries.
• 5 year of experience in project management, including managing, planning, organizing, scheduling and tracking of projects from initiation, planning, execution and delivery.
• 5+SQL, Excel Advanced Modeling, VBA, or related Business Intelligence Tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

• MBA in Supply Chain
• Proven ability to quickly learn new technologies
• CSCP: Certified Supply Chain Professional Certification by APICS
• PMP: Project Management Professional certification by PMP
• CPSM: Certified Professional in Supply Management by ISM
• Kinaxis Rapid Response (RR): Certified Author or Administration certification
• Experience with using Project Management waterfall, agile and scrum methodologies
• Strong problem-solving orientation
