¨ Manage and execute digital marketing and commercial calendar for North America online stores that is aligned with the global strategy and satisfy local needs

Maximize traffic and conversion through core digital marketing tactics such as but not limited to: Paid Search, SEO, Email, Retargeting, Co-op with dedicated focus by device category, mobile in particular.

¨ Analyze campaign performance by channel and device category to ensure digital marketing efforts drive revenue

¨ Manage multi - country site content assets, template and site contents optimization to improve site experience and drive conversion

¨ Ensure omni-channel and brand-aligned messaging across all online touchpoints

¨ Develop, propose, and execute digital marketing strategy and calendar collaborating closely with the digital operations manager and ecommerce buyer

  • Ensures e-commerce initiatives are aligned with global digital strategy as well as local dedicated initiatives
  • Develop and manage SEO, SEM, retargeting strategy and execution to drive traffic to the online store
  • Manage and execute ecommerce email strategy for the region, including weekly marketing communication and and triggered emails according to global guidelines.
  • Develop customer segmentation and multi-country, multi-language communication
  • Drive subscriber acquisition and engagement through all marketing channel and partnering with site digital operations to improve site experience
  • Proactively propose further development and optimization of email strategy
  • Manage all channels with dedicated focus by device, mobile in particular.
  • Manage relevant agency partners to ensure sales goals are achieved
  • Proactively assess and propose new vendor partnership for digital channels development
  • Support wholesale team with execution of digital marketing activities to drive conversion on .com clients.
  • Manage the regional digital marketing and commercial calendar combining the global focus with the local needs to drive relevant input for conversion to local consumers
  • Support merchandising needs to drive and execute online store sell through strategy
  • Submit creative briefs as needed for local initiatives to HQ or local marketing
  • Coordinate assets update across online channel.
