We are seeking a qualified and experienced Restaurant General Manager and Managers in our Fairfield , Westfield and New Haven locations to join our team! You will be responsible for providing customers with a memorable dining experience. As a general manager you will maintain high standards of food, service, health and safety, ensure the efficient and profitable business performance of the restaurant and the optimal utilization of staff and resources. Must have fast casual dining experience and understand the bar and restaurant business. Looking for 5 years minimum experience as a General Manager.
- Supervise and coordinate all Culinary and Bar activities
- Oversee guest services and resolve issues
- Ensure a high quality of service and food preparation
- Train and manage all personnel and managers
- Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
- Focus on building sales and managing costs.
- Previous experience in food service or other related fields
- 5 Years Experience as a General Manager
- Strong leadership qualities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

- Strong attention to detail
