Director of Marketing/Ecommerce

The Director of Marketing & E-Commerce will provide strategic leadership and
direction for the company’s digital and non-digital marketing strategies and initiatives
while driving aggressive, profitable growth within our channels, gaining market share,
and increasing our overall brand presence.
Develop and execute marketing strategies, campaigns, and programs to increase
overall brand awareness, drive traffic, grow sales and deliver ROI.
Manage and maintain a creative, high performing, and results-driven digital
marketing team, with responsibility and expertise for SEO, SEM, display
advertising and social media.
Identify best practices and techniques to optimize company website and UX to
increase conversion to sales.
Direct and manage third party agencies and define appropriate balance for
internal vs external agency work and resource spend.
Analyze campaigns and programs to optimize ROI.
Oversee promotional calendar producing meaningful email, site and advertising
marketing strategies and presentations.
Provide customer insights and creative support as necessary to support the sales
Keep up to speed on changing digital trends and proactively pursue new
opportunities and avenues for digital advertising.
Develop and manage the annual marketing budgets and forecast sales impact
assumptions for advertising spend.
Education & Experience:
Degree in Marketing, Communications or Business-Related field
10+ years of work experience in a marketing leadership position preferably with
an E-Commerce brand
Experience with an E-Commerce platform – Magento preferred.
Strong working knowledge of leading ad serving platforms and marketing
Proficient in marketing research and statistical
