Job Description

We are seeking a Billing Operations Coordinator to become an integral part of our team! You will compile data, compute charges, and prepare invoices.


  • Calculate costs of goods and services
  • Track and record deliveries to customers
  • Distribute invoices for sales review 
  • Keep accurate records in accordance with company standards
  • Perform all other office tasks

  • Maintain client account records to include, but not limited to, contracts/agreements, fee schedules, and other relevant documents/information in financial system of record
  • Act as the internal service contact for questions on fee calculations and provide timely response and resolution to inquiries
  • Completion of various ad-hoc financial analyses as requested by Account Management and Finance.
  • Deliver stellar quality customer service to both internal and external customers.
  • Additional duties and responsibilities may be assigned as necessitated by business needs.


  • Previous experience in billing, finance, or other related fields
  • Experience in data entry
  • Knowledge of standard accounting procedures

Strong analytical, problem solving skills with technical aptitude
Highly proficient with Microsoft Excel
Strong attention to detail and high level of accountability
Self-motivated, enthusiastic and a strong work ethic
Willingness to learn and flexibility to changing business needs
Able to work under pressure and adhere to tight timeframes
Works well in a fast-paced environment, while being able to prioritize and meet multiple deadlines
