Essential Duties and Responsibilities: A Behavior Technician (BT) is a paraprofessional responsible for providing one-on-one individualized Behavioral Intervention treatments to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
While working, you will assist the BCBA in implementing behavioral programs and collect and document medical record notes and treatment data in real time via company provided Ipads. You will be expected to attend all staff meetings and patient care conferences as scheduled, and you will work to instruct the patient and their families on the in home program with documentation in medical record notes.
- Must be 18 years or older
- Minimum High School Diploma/GED Equivalent.
- Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation with car insurance.
- Desire to work toward receiving your RBT certification.
