- Meet with new and existing customers
- Develop new accounts and expand current accounts
- Listen and suggest options, provide sales estimates and quotes and follow-up as the sold project begins pre and post sales
- Compile and present quotes
- Follow up on delivery
Requirements:
- Experience building relationships, listening and selling design and design build services (opening and closing sales)
- Computer literacy Word, Excel, CRM
- Speak, read and write English fluently.
- Communicate effectively via phone and in person sales presentations face to face, telephone, web presentation tools
- AEC business development experience track record and references
- Must be legally authorized to work in the US for any employer without sponsorship
