Telemedicine Clinic Account Manager

A telemedicine clinic account manager is responsible for making appointments with current customers; scheduling educational programs and training sessions, and account interactions and communications; promoting the firm's healthcare products and services so as to expand business in the assigned territory; and retaining current accounts.
A telemedicine clinic account manager should have a registered nurse (RN) qualification at minimum. Excellent knowledge of related products is expected from a clinic account manager. Prior experience working as clinic account representative or a position that reports to a clinic account manager would be helpful but not required.
Duties and Responsibilities-to perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
§ Maintain existing business by driving utilization and account independence
§ Provide clinical expertise to drive company utilization goals
§ Utilize Social Media to educate and drive utilization
§ Uncover potential business opportunities
§ Remain current on firms’ products, services
§ Strategically plan the week, month and quarter to target and implement firms’ goals.
§ Educate through social media, in-services and office calls to drive customer independence
§ Organize customer data, including consistent entering of daily activities such as customer contact and product and services education in firms’ customer relationship management (CRM) application
§ Travel daily or weekly within assigned territory and accounts (possible overnight travel). Assigned territory currently is Oklahoma
§ Other responsibilities as deemed appropriate by leadership and as business dynamics change
§ Registered Nurse (RN), 2+ years’ Experience as an RN with clinical experience
§ High Character
§ Tech Savvy (social media heavy). The successful applicant will have significant experience using social media platforms to communicate. Examples of social media platforms include but are not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snap Chat, etc.
§ Positive outlook

§ Ability to analyze and recommend changes to training documents as well as constructing effective training programs
§ Monday-Friday. No weekend shifts. No night shifts
