Conduent is seeking a talented unclaimed property analyst to join our escheatment team.
Senior level job with extensive work experience
Has developed expertise in a variety of work processes through job-related training
Works closely with cross-functional teams and resources to achieve milestones with established timeframes
Assists in ensuring that all regulatory filings are delivered timely in compliance with subject matter experts
Takes inbound calls from cardholders and makes outbound calls to cardholders regarding unclaimed property
Works a daily queue of unclaimed property tickets and resolves timely
Assists in shutdown programs
Assists manager when needed with other items
Assist in completion, submitting and retaining of unclaimed property reports
Research, resolve and respond to inquiries coming from various paths
Work with Vendor to manage refunds and reimbursements
Works and ensures compliance with company policy and procedures
Solid organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines with a focus on detail
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Prior experience with unclaimed property laws and regulations, due diligence processing and state reporting requirements is preferred
Experience in unclaimed property compliance and regulatory filings is preferred.
Must have a strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
2 years' experience in accounting, finance or business role.
Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
Strong work ethic, highly motivated, work in a fast-pace environment with ability to work on multiple priorities.
Ability to communicate effectively with others at all levels of the organization
