Responsible for integrated service offerings across one or more small to medium account(s).
Participates in defining the strategy along with clients and portfolio leaders.
Drives the overall account performance to meet SLAs, adhere to metrics and accomplish account performance objectives.
Leads innovation and efficiencies of business opportunities, applying process improvements and/or new systems.
Drives the management of staff through coaching, addressing people matters, identifying development needs.
Manages the client relationship ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsible for the successful implementation and execution of the business continuity plan (BCP).
Engages with client managers to present and discuss program success metrics, program issues, etc.
Demonstrates subject matter expertise in at least one domain area within the service offering.
Must have strong background in Health and Welfare
