Key Responsibilities:

• Support operational deployments of ESRI technology, ArcGIS Enterprise (ArcGIS Portal, ArcGIS Server) Enterprise Geodatabase (ArcSDE), and ArcGIS Pro/Desktop. Tasks include the installation, configuration management, security patching of systems. In addition, deployments will involve closely collaborating with multiple capabilities providers integrating the ESRI technology to the network edge device.
• Ensure technologies can be integrated with deployed systems and will support the overall network edge architecture.
• Implement and integrate data and content into the network edge devices. 
• Build and support a DevOps environment
• Participate in all phases of the software lifecycle with an emphasis on system maintenance, configuration, integration and information assurance
• Interface with users to determine computer system functional requirements
• Design, test and develop systems and components to meet user needs
• Document requirements, designs, test results and procedures
• Configure, install, test and troubleshoot computer network components and equipment

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, GIS, Management Information Systems, Engineering, or related STEM degree with a minimum of 6-8 years of experience.
• 5+ years of experience with the Esri products using editing tools, performing spatial analysis and creating geodatabases
• Relevant experience using current Esri technology and leveraging the full ArcGIS enterprise suite of tools
• Understanding of ArcGIS from an IT context (e.g., hardware, software, storage, security, networking, servers, databases, web services, virtualization, cloud computing)
• Experience with geodatabases and underlying DBMS technology such as PostgreSQL and PostGIS
• Ability to troubleshoot client issues related to Esri application deployment
• Experience with system architecture and design
• Some programming and scripting experience, such as with Python, Shell scripts, JavaScript, Java, C++
• Experience with ArcGIS Enterprise web applications or other web application development
• Enterprise web applications or other web application development

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, GIS, Management Information
• Systems, Engineering, or related STEM degree.
• Information technology course/certification in one or more areas:
• ESRI ArcGIS Enterprise Administration Professional 2201
• Demonstrated experience with programming techniques, using HTML 5/Javascript, ArcPy, Python, Model Builder, Oracle, SQL, ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Enterprise (ArcGIS Portal, ArcGIS Server, ArcGIS Data Store), Enterprise Geodatabase (ArcSDE), SPSS, and SAS.
• Demonstrated experience with ArcGIS templates, manage ArcGIS Portals, and customize ESRI StoryMap Templates.
