We are a fast growing Heavy Equipment Parts company looking for talented inside sales reps to help us exceed our projected goals. Our company motto is "A world of parts with a personal touch". The goal is to provide customized solutions for our clients with a FAST & friendly consultative sales model.

We have more leads than we can handle and strategically have a heart that would like to keep these customers coming back again and again. That is where you come in. Position Description:

- Very Fast paced parts brokering

- Field calls & emails from Equipment owners/mechanics

- Investigate their needs, budget and time frame

- Consult with clients about best solution

- Vendor contact and negotiations

- Closing sales

- Building long term Business to Business relationships

- Identify, organize and maintain future profitable relationships

- Parts book look up online

- Logistic Quoting

- All this within minutes and while talking to clients

- 8:30 am-5 pm schedule...Monday - Friday

Position Benefits:

- First year Earning estimates between $60-90k (base + uncapped commission)

Qualifications:

- Successful sales experience with a proven track record

- Phone sales techniques

- Consultative sales training

- Fast Computer Skills a must (internet browser, email, excel, word, etc)

- General knowledge of basic mechanics(We can teach the rest)

- Enthusiastic and self motivated

- Talented in negotiation and creating urgency

- Multi-tasking with computer & phone in a fast paced environment

- Excellent verbal & written communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Salary + bonus: $60,000.00 to $90,000.00 /year
