As a Systems Engineer, you’ll join a highly skilled team of infrastructure and database specialists and developers who design and support cloud solutions that serve over a million users. As a member of this team, you will:

+ Design, develop, and test enhancements to cloud products

+ Implement and support tooling and automation for deployment, monitoring and observability

+ Optimize systems to improve reliability and performance

+ Maintain security to protect client data

+ Contribute to documented designs, standards, and procedures

+ Identify, analyze, and resolve complex issues as part of incident response and postmortem, including compensated on-call rotation

+ Innate curiosity about how things work

+ Ability to come up with scalable solutions for complex problems

+ Passion for automation and eliminating toil

+ 5+ years’ experience, with demonstrated knowledge of the following:

+ Core services (networking, storage, monitoring, security)

+ Backup and disaster recovery technologies

+ Cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure preferred)

+ Infrastructure as Code (Git, pipelines, Terraform, Helm charts)

+ Containers (Docker) and orchestration systems (Kubernetes)

+ Virtualization technology

+ Operating systems (Linux, Windows)

Preferred

+ ?Associates or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or similar

+ Microsoft certification in Azure Associate (AZ-104 or AZ-204), DevOps (AZ-400), and/or Security (AZ-500)

+ The salary range for this role is $105,000 - $138,000
