CTG, Inc., a Buffalo based, international IT staffing and consulting company, is currently seeking an in-house Lead Generation Specialist.

Job Summary: Researches, generates, and targets leads for the Sales team through Inside Sales efforts, including phone calls, social media outreach, emails, organic web lead follow-up, internet research, and other methods of engaging with target buyers and organizations. Works to identify and secure proposal or RFP/RFI/RFQ opportunities related to CTG North America’s defined solution priorities. Participates in email list development and CRM lead management in support of marketing lead generation campaigns for all North American lines of business. Works collaboratively in a cross divisional team environment, fostering relationships with SMEs and Sales Managers and Sales team members.

· Manage prospect development activity that aligns with North American strategic priorities

· Maintain Inside Sales documentation in CRM and other related tools, such as Outreach

· Support Marketing lead generation campaigns

· Identify and secure proposal or RFP/RFI/RFQ opportunities related to identified priority solution areas

· Meet activity target goals as defined annually in collaboration with Sales and Marketing leadership

Job Duties

· Provides lead input into the Opportunity Response Process (ORP) by sharing all identified potential RFPs and proposal opportunities with the Sales team, within 24 hours of identification

· Conducts internet research and planned calls, emails, social media, and other forms of outreach to client/target organizations and/or procurement departments

· Sets appointments with appropriate Sales team member; assigns to Sales team member in CRM

· Designs and implements campaigns to respond to lead opportunities identified during Inside Sales process and activities

· Enters and updates all activities in CRM database, per defined Company protocols and in a timely manner

· Manages Inside Sales activities in CTG’s designated coordination tool, Outreach

· Assists Sales team members to generate targeted prospect lists in support of marketing campaigns

· Seek to achieve key performance indicators, as defined by Sales Team Leadership at the beginning of each year

· Perform other duties, as assigned

Qualifications

· Minimum of five years of successful Inside Sales, Sales, or Marketing experience

· Experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, required

· Bachelor’s degree preferred

· Expertise with CRM, marketing automation, Outreach, and email marketing tools; experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, and Act-On marketing automation, preferred

· Analytical and detail oriented

· Excellent time management and communication skills (written, verbal, presentation)

· Competent in project management and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

· Strong customer service skills

· Ability to work independently and problem solve with limited supervision

· Self-motivator and problem solver with ability to make expedient decisions, when needed

· This position is an on-site position that will office at CTG Headquarters in Buffalo, New York.
