Working Hours: 09:00AM to 6:00PM (40hrs/Week)

Qualifications (Education, Experience and Certifications):
· Requires high school diploma or equivalent and 1+ years of prior switchboard experience
· Excellent organizational and communications skills
· MS Office Suite experience, specifically Word and Excel.
· Answering and transferring incoming calls
· Excellent customer service skills.
· Greets the public.
· Distributes name badges to visitors, temporary employees, etc.
· Schedules meeting rooms for all.
· Performs PC Support and Administrative duties as needed.
