Job Description

Role – Graphics & Art Design Operator
Duration – 11 Months Contract
Location –Beaverton, OR USA  97006
Pay Rate - $ 22
Work shift (days/times) –Monday through Friday 8AM to 5PM

Position Summary
• *Provide hands-on* (not facilitating or managing) implementation and delivery of U.S. benefits strategy, policies, and procedures within area of Health & Welfare Plans
• Define, implement, and continuously optimize benefit processes and procedures within area of Health & Welfare plans
• Manage relationship and monitor delivery of service against KPI’s with benefit carriers
• Partner with HR to understand current benefit issues and supports the resolution through existing benefit practices, processes, or policies
• Recommend, develop, and assist in implementation of special programs in area of functional specialty
• Recommend changes to HR system functionality and support systems implementation/upgrade in area of functional responsibility
• Consult with internal customers and vendors to ensure Tier 2/3 and escalated benefit cases are resolved timely, accurately and efficiently
• Analyze data, research files and conduct internal and external investigations to determine eligibility for benefits
• Recommend enhancements and simplification of existing processes and procedures based on feedback and experience
• Lead process improvement activities and participate in quality control and audit activities
• Communicate information regarding benefit policies and standards to internal customers as needed
• Maintain a high level of data quality and accuracy in the HR systems
• Monitor compliance, participation, utilization rates and trends on a regular basis
• Provide ongoing support, training and materials to the HR Contact Center to assist in addressing Tier 1 benefit inquiries
• Oversee knowledge capture, knowledge transfer and parallel support for HR Contact Center
• Provide support for implementation of new benefit programs, plans, processes, and/or carriers
• Stay current on changing Federal and State regulations and legislation that may affect employee benefits.
• Support key projects through communications, process development, system testing, and interface mapping
• Coordinate with Benefits Team to provide response to administrative benefit appeals

Core Qualifications
• BS/BA degree in Accounting/Finance, Human Resources or related program
• 2- 3 years of experience in working with Benefits administration within Human Resources; Health & Welfare, disability, vision, dental, supplemental insurance, etc.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite; Excel skills must include vlook ups and pivot tables
• Knowledge of Human Capital Management (HCM) systems related to benefits; SAP and/or Workday strongly preferred
• Understanding of internal and external controls to ensure compliance with established programs, polices, and regulatory requirements
• Able to analyze and research issues

This is a position that will be based in a local Beaverton, OR (Portland) office but working with a team that is located throughout the west coast. During the pandemic, worker will work mostly from home but may go to job sites at times to meet with customers or install systems - safety precautions will be followed.
