Title: Customer Service Professional II
Location: Work From Home
Job Duration: 6 Months + possibility to extend.
Shift: 8 hours shift. ( shifts will be scheduled between the hours of 8:00am and 10:00pm EST, Monday – Friday )
Rate: $16.50/hr (No Benefits)
Description
This position is working from home at the moment. Eventually when the office reopens, candidates will need to report into the Halifax Office a few days a week, but there is no date for office return so this role is remote for now.
When office does reopen, we need flexibility and ability for those interested, to also be able to WFH if needed. This requires an ethernet cable from your modem to your computer. Training hours will vary by trainer, but will likely be M-F, 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm
- The Customer Representative will be responsible for managing all aspects of customer service including answering inquiries via phone and e-mail, taking orders, and follow up services.
- Customers may be internal or external with requests of varying degrees of complexity.
- Must have strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills.
- English only position, but bilingual are welcome to apply.
