General Summary:
The Senior Clerk contributes to the success of the client by providing general administrative support for the branch office.
Key Responsibilities include:
• Provide support for Branch Manager
• Reconciliation of End-of-Day paperwork, researching and retrieving missing paperwork and signatures
• Responsible for coordinating off schedule customer deliveries
• Provide support for all Safety and EPA training
• Process owner for a local purchasing credit card; coordinate approval and collection of monthly receipts
• Location contact for hire; including posting positions and orientation
• Responsible for Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and Payroll
• Provide support as cashier, responsible for driver check-in, counting bank deposit, and reconciling deposit to paperwork
• Provide support for front desk including answering phone calls and walk-in customers
• Order cash room supplies
• Monitor office supplies, order replenishments as needed
• Other responsibilities as assigned
