Description-The Sales Administrator (Customer Service) position will be a remote position and initial primary tasks entail processing Quotations and Sales Orders, providing excellent customer service and working closely with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Procurement, Finance, Service and Logistics.Primary Responsibilities:• Answer incoming calls from Queue system (call center)• Answer and address customer (external & internal) inquiries and requests related to Sales Order shipment status’, product pricing and availability, etc.• Process high volume of Quotations and Sales Orders in Oracle in a timely and accurate manner and according to company policies and procedures• Resolve order-related customer issues• Log cases for incoming calls in SFDC• Process Expensed, Intercompany and Credit Card Orders• Review and process all incoming Purchase Orders accurately, including but not limited to confirming contact, shipping and billing information, pricing, discount approvals, and Purchase Order terms and conditions.• Write-up replacement, return/RMA and credit requests and document complaints• Submit customer master/account requests• Review/complete e-Commerce orders• Daily review of various reports (i.e., backlog report)• Manage multiple shared email boxes in OutlookSkills and Knowledge:• Accurate, detail oriented, able to multi-task, prioritize and stay organized to meet deadlines• Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal skills to articulate clearly and effectively with customers and to write business correspondence• Computer literate, proficient/intermediate in Word, Excel, Outlook• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills• Must have excellent communication skills and be able to build collaborative relationships with management, peers, and cross-functional teams, such as Shipping, Procurement, Finance, Service and Logistics• Flexibility to accommodate fluctuations in workload• Apply commonsense and able to comprehend a wide variety of instructions and requestsPreferred Qualifications:• Oracle• Call Center• Understand Order Management processes (experience with quote to order process)• Proven experience working effectively in a remote environment• Experience operating on a Customer Service team• Ability to work in a high-pressure environment, including potential over-time during month and quarter endMinimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years relevant experience Education: Bachelors Degree
