Promptly meet and greet customers in a friendly, professional manner,.
Sincerely listen to customers' vehicle issues/concerns. (Build Rapport).Completely and properly fill out hard cards with customers to include all customer personal information, vehicle information i.e. yr., make, model, vin# license plate, mileage etc. Verify vehicle service history if applicable.
Prepare work/repair order with efficiency/accuracy. Assign work order to the certified technician.-Label customer keys,
Thoroughly review RO received from technician for diagnosis and parts needed, and labor time involved.
Provide a complete and accurate written cost estimate for labor and parts. ( Using Auto applications).
Promptly convey all information to customer. Obtain customer approval for repairs needed.
Order parts needed etc. Monitor work in process until completion.
Maintain exceptional customer service by advising customer throughout vehicle completion time.
Prepare invoices, collect payments post payments all other duties assigned by management/owners.
** Must have;
At least 5yrs automotive experience in repair facility or alike.
Clean driver's license and motor vehicle record for past 3 years.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience with ALL auto related software.
Hands-on marketing/Customer database
Positive Demeanor, Energy Level, Dependability, Persistence, Time Management-working on multiple vehicles/invoices/phones at once if called for, Prompt and punctual attendance, Independence, Safety Management, Problem Solving, Dealing with Complexity, Analyzing Information, working over-time as needed.
