Composite Energy Technologies, (CET) is seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to apply to our QC position. The Quality opening supports all quality initiatives regarding Operations to ensure that customer requirements are met and any discrepancies are resolved in a timely fashion. Support and enhance the QMS programs related to key compliance initiatives, regulatory and in accordance with company polices, procedures, industry regulations.

Essential Functions:

  • Create and improve all quality systems to ensure document management, training, CAPA, change control and archival processes are being executed according to procedure and business practices.
  • Support and enhance all QMS programs related to all compliance, regulatory requirements and with all company policies and procedures.
  • Read blueprints and specifications.
  • Help manage and support the data for Quality Management Review and prepare metrics as required.
  • Provide technical support and lead inspection department functions.
  • Determine validity of discrepancies.
  • Resolve customer and internal non conformances and determine root cause.
  • Maintain calibration and support CET ISO9001 certification.
  • Assist with physical inspections and measurements.
  • Adhere to Quality Management System.
  • Trains team members on quality related subjects, procedures, and work instructions.
  • Promote teamwork and the continuous improvement process.

Required Education/Experience:

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and schedules
  • Bachelor's Degree and/or Associate's degree
  • High School Diploma/GED and/or 3-5 y experience
  • Experience as a trained auditor for internal audits
  • Experience with CAPA & Nonconforming Material (MRB)
  • ISO certification and maintenance background
  • Monitor and measure (Quality related)
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English
  • Organized and able to stay focused in a busy environment
  • Self-motivated, energetic, and highly organized with outstanding attention to detail
