Job Description
We are seeking Mechanics to join a manufacturing company in Fairfield, CT!
- $20.00-23.00 hourly
Shifts Needed:
- 7:00AM-3:30PM
- 3:00PM-11:30PM
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and set machinery for scheduled production runs
- Provide emergency repairs of production equipment during production
- Perform scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service.
- Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service
- Perform mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic trouble shooting and repair of packaging and production machine.
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on machines and equipment.
- Complete all preventive maintenance reports and log entries on condition of machines.
- Ensure that all production and packaging equipment produce product within established Q.A. standards and conduct all assigned quality monitoring functions
Requirements:
- Mechanical background: familiarity with automotive, industry, and/or aviation mechanics
