We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
- Foster and maintain open and professional lines of communication with customers via phone, email and fax.
- Review and enter new orders for the assigned territory.
- Work to resolve customer concerns and questions regarding price, delivery, order status, etc. in a timely manner.
- Work cross-functionally to confirm shipments and order status.
- All other duties as assigned.
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
