The company I am working with is called Really Good Stuff (https://www.reallygoodstuff.com/) and is located at 5 Research Dr, Shelton, CT 06484 Pay is $17/hour. The job description is as follows:
Client Support Representatives
- Position is very phone-heavy, answering calls in a high-volume call center
- Working with clients as well as customers
- Handling calls and emails from vendors and high-volume clients
- Email communication for the following:
- One for product reviews
- Online Q&A
- Problem resolution for physical orders
- Very strong/professional email etiquette
- Handle basic inbound customer service calls
- Data enter physical orders
- Enter inbound phone orders
- Prepare physical orders for data entry
- Customer service and computer experience
- Professional telephone and email etiquette
- Data entry experience
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills
- Great attitude and communication skills
I have included here some of the details from the Customer Service Manager:
- Hours for training would be 9:30am to 1:30pm
- (Once everyone starts their official times it would be 8:45am to 5:15pm, M-F).
- One 15 min break, one half hour lunch.
- We won’t tolerate phones in the call center. It’s a compliance liability; phones can record calls/credit card data, people can take pictures of card numbers etc.… if we see anyone with phones out, we’ll assume this is what they’re doing and they’re going to get the boot!
- Also, parking is sparse these days so we need to have people park across the street at 6 Research Dr. and enter through our “back entrance”. (Our physical address is 5 Research, Shelton, 06484).
