-Field various customer calls relating to utility payments, start/end service, turnons, turnoffs, etc.
-Document calls
-Reliablity remain in queue even while working remote
Requirements:
-strong professional communication skills
- strong computer skills
-strong attention to detail
- ability to pass D.S. + BGC [including cannabis]
