Job Description
A local medical device company is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist in Franklin, MA!
-$18-19 /hr (eligible for overtime)
-Direct hire/permanent
-Full time Monday - Friday about 8 am - 6pm
-The Inventory Specialist is responsible for incoming and outgoing inventory through various channels.
-MUST HAVES:
- About 1-3 years of experience in a warehouse/manufacturing setting, counting inventory preferred
- Computer literacy skills a must with Great Plains, Sales Force, and Microsoft office preferred
- Fork lift experience, certification preferred
- Medical device/technology background a plus!
-Responsibilities:
- Prepare outgoing system orders
- Receive in finished goods placed on purchase orders
- Prepare incoming RMAs for disposition by Senior Supply Chain Specialist
- Disinfect the repairs and returns coming in before going to the lab for QC/Service
- Build inventory spares kits for ease of storage and picking
- Stage warehouse to assure it is organized and kept clean at all times
- Monitor packaging levels and report monthly needs to Supervisor
