Summary:

The person working in this position will be responsible for inbound/outbound calls using a scripted methodology that describes company products and services, in order to convince potential customers to accept an appointment for a certified sales representative to perform a site assessment and deliver a sales presentation for them in their home. Reports to Director of Call Center Sales

Daily Duties:

- Inbound/Outbound telephone calls to/from potential customers who have responded to our marketing campaigns in order to solicit sales for company products
- Explain the business model; Sell the value and importance of a site survey to potential customers
- Obtain/enter customer information including names, address, phone number(s) and e-mail address
- Document call results from the customer, including the reason for interest, reason for declination and any other noteworthy information
- Meet daily, weekly & monthly goals setting appointments for the In-Home Sales Representatives, recognizing and eliminating any potential obstacles to a one-call close
- Participate in weekly training requirements; provide constructive feedback during coaching sessions

Hiring For The Following Shifts:

Sun-Mon-Tue (Wed Off) Thur-Fri

OR

Mon-Tue-Wed (Thur Off) Fri-Sat

4pm-10pm Availability Required During the Weekdays

Full Availability Required for Weekend Shift

TEMPORARY TO PERMANENT POSITION

Training will be September 9th – September 20th from 6:00pm – 10:00pm, Monday – Friday Both Weeks

Attending Each Day of Training On Time is MANDATORY
