· Handling 50-60 inbound/outbound calls from customers regarding their orders, products they are interested in, or returns of their products.
· Reaching out to vendors to provide updates on the inventory of products
· Data entry of all information from customers into their software
· There will be a little troubleshooting involved, either answering the questions or route the call to the best person to answer the questions
· Customer Service Experience (1-2 years experience working at a larger company preferred, willing to take entry level)
· Ability to navigate computers (Netsuite ERP)
· Experience handling up to 75 inbound/outbound calls
· Bilingual - English & Spanish highly preferred!
