Job Description

Responsibilities Include:

  • Accurately process new customer orders
  • Answer incoming phone calls
  • Reply to customer emails containing order inquiry or product questions
  • Process returns as needed
  • Provide support for sales activities as needed
  • Additional responsibilities to be determined

Qualifications:

  • Strong phone and email etiquette
  • Strong administration and organizational skills
  • Attention to detail is very important
  • Strong Computer Skills – Microsoft Office
  • Experience working with Order Management System, preferably QuickBooks
  • Experience working in different e-commerce platforms, specifically in an EDI environment
  • Strong Technical Aptitude
  • Team Player
  • Self-motivated
  • Familiarity of products and applications is a plus
