Job Description
Responsibilities Include:
- Accurately process new customer orders
- Answer incoming phone calls
- Reply to customer emails containing order inquiry or product questions
- Process returns as needed
- Provide support for sales activities as needed
- Additional responsibilities to be determined
Qualifications:
- Strong phone and email etiquette
- Strong administration and organizational skills
- Attention to detail is very important
- Strong Computer Skills – Microsoft Office
- Experience working with Order Management System, preferably QuickBooks
- Experience working in different e-commerce platforms, specifically in an EDI environment
- Strong Technical Aptitude
- Team Player
- Self-motivated
- Familiarity of products and applications is a plus
