Job Description
We have partnered with a growing contract manufacturing in Andover who is looking to hire 3 Assembly Technicians. Company has been award long term contracts with major manufacturers and is willing to train!
If you have basic manufacturing experience, can read a blueprint and ready to work, we want to meet with you!
Responsibilities
- Prepares work to be accomplished by following assembly instructions, blueprint specifications, and required parts; gathering parts, tools, and materials
- Assembles components by examining connections for correct fit; fastening parts and subassemblies
- Verifies specifications by measuring completed assemblies
- Resolves assembly problems by altering dimensions to meet specifications
- Keeps equipment operational by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer's instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs
- Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Hours: 7am - 3:30pm
Pay: $16-20/hr based on experience
