Complete Care is looking for driven individuals to assist us in serving our patients who have physical injuries as a result of trauma. As a Call Center Liaison you will serve as a connection for callers, exemplifying our core competencies of cultural, clinical and operational excellence. You will be the go-to for all things Complete Care! Responsibilities • Provide detailed solutions and answers to all inquiries. • Possess exemplary communication skills, both written and oral. • Ability to perform individually and as a team member. • Exude passion and empathy. • Properly manage needs by directing callers to the appropriate contacts. • Support Complete Care office staff to conduct outbound communication with patients as needed.
