Customer Service Specialist

Compex Legal Services is looking to hire a full-time Customer Service Specialist. This key position reports to the Customer Service Manager and will help with fulling client requests to ensure accuracy, timely completion, and overall satisfaction.

This position will help us with:

· Providing support to clients by handling client inquiries, assisting with orders, and communicating progress updates.

· Checking data for accuracy, ensuring clients orders are correctly entered, and confirming locations.

· Reviewing and attending to open inventory.

· Ensuring that orders are documented accurately.

·Coordinating efforts with other departments to handle client issues
