Estimator Project Manager

Compassion Construction is looking for an experienced Residential / Commercial Construction Estimator / Project Manager. Must have a minimum of 2 years experience in writing (cost - plus) and (xactimate software) for estimates and managing crews on large and small scale remodeling and restoration projects. Previous adjuster experience is preferred. You must be a very good multi-tasker, be accountable, have attention to detail, be able to make daily progress on multiple jobs, have excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
• Accurately create profitable Estimates for all types of construction using Xactimate software
• Coordinate change orders and be willing to adapt if necessary
• Keep Clients, teams informed, updated and productive throughout the project
• Create reports for upper management and communicate regularly with clients

Project Manager Requirements and Qualifications
• 2 years of prior experience in estimating and project management is mandatory.
• Flexible schedule and able to travel to job sites within a 50 + or - radius
• Have reliable transportation
• Be self motivated and willing to work well in a team environment

Previous experience as a licensed adjuster is desired.

Compensation $4,333 - $5,000 a month base, plus bonus - depending on experience and production.
