Who We Are and What We Do
Compass Retirement Consulting Group and Compass 360, LLC are third-party administrators (TPA) that provide client companies with retirement plan design, administration, actuarial services, and ongoing consulting services to ensure our clients' plans are in compliance with DOL, ERISA, IRS, and other regulations. Our headquarters are in Stratham, NH, but our clients are nationwide in various industries and sizes. We are passionate about the use of technology and are always looking for more streamlined ways to perform tasks.
What You Will Do
As a Payroll & Retirement Plan Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact with our clients and be expected to provide superb customer service and feedback to ensure data is received, uploaded, downloaded, transmitted, and communicated effectively and accurately. As a third-party administrator, you will be expected to upload clients' processed payroll files to financial institutions and process distributions and loans accurately and timely. You will manage participant communications in the form of mailings and email blasts and answer participant questions. This position requires attention to detail, flexibility, and superb time management skills to work as part of a dynamic team that provides our clients with top-level service.

What We Are Looking For
We are looking for individuals with at least 5 years of experience in payroll or retirement plan benefit administration who are motivated and open to growth and learning opportunities and want to have a fun while working hard in a collaborative environment in our Stratham, NH office. Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively are key attributes we look for in all our employees.
